Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at the Guiliyni Royal Palace and would recommend it to everyone. Great setting and accommodation, with fantastically helpful staff and good restaurant.

Amazing doesn’t even get you half way! This is an incredible hidden gem in Guilin. Nestled in the middle of the botanical gardens, this hotel is perfect! 10 stars! The staff is warm and welcoming and incredibly friendly and helpful, even for the non-Chinese speaking guests. The staff went above and beyond at every turn. This is a must stay if you get the chance. The rooms are huge the bed and pillows incredibly comfortable. I haven’t slept this well in years. The included breakfast was delicious, they have a pool and a pool table, table tennis and a billiards table as well. Laundry machines which are free for guests. They have it all.

Soggiorno a Guilin

La mia esperienza è stata un po’ deludente poiché la struttura era in manutenzione, praticamente disabitata e con un forte odore salmastro. Altra nota negativa, ho contattato la struttura 48 ore prima, come descritto in fase di prenotazione, per avere la navetta aeroportuale e oltre a dovermi arrangiare per arrivare in struttura, sono riusciti a rispondermi quando ormai avevo fatto il check-in dicendomi che potevo utilizzare il servizio DiDi. Non parlavano una parola di inglese, che posso anche capire ma allora perché indicarlo in descrizione????? Detto questo due notti sono passate in fretta per fortuna.

Lovely botanical park setting

Lovely big spacious room in park setting with attentive service. On arrival, the access to this hotel is a little confusing to English speakers as it’s inside the park and GPS is not accurate. Taxi driver dropped us at shopping mall next door.

The hotel apparently changed its name and is now called Guilin Inn. It is located inside a beautiful park and a shuttle service brings you from the entrance of the park to the hotel. The hotel itself feels like being an tempel/park itself. It’s rather beautiful and quiet! Room was pretty big and clean. Breakfast was a bit lacking I would say, but still okay. Service was very friendly with not very good English skills.

Overall satisfactory

Overall a lovely hotel, but no light at night. Need a torch to walk back to my room after dinner in the hotel restaurant.

This is a traditional Chinese hotel with classic furnishings. It is in the center of a beautiful park/ garden which is amazing to explore. Directly on the grounds is a inspiring Koi pond. The staff is wonderful and seemed to understand our limited Mandarin. This hotel is extremely affordable and great value for the money. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful very comfortable affordable stay in beautiful Guilin.

Magical Oasis

Beautiful Hotel with classic Chinese architecture. Inside a botanical garden this seems an oasis in a dessert. Chinese cities seem to always be crowded, noisy and overwhelming. So this hotel gives a peaceful break to the craziness of a Chinese vacation. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are nicely renovated. The restaurant is very good. It is true the front desk staff do not speak English, but With the use of technology, they helped us every step of the way. They organized all of our tours and transfers. I fell in love with Guilin in part for this hotel. I would highly recommend it and I am even considering going back to have my husband experience the city and a hotel

公園の中にあるホテルで、古い中国の三階建ての家屋が池を中心に建っていて、家屋内はモダンなホテルの部屋に改修されて、これが中国だというようなホテルです。

It is in a very beautiful park which provides peace and tranquility; a very rare occurrence in this country. The breakfast was fine if you went early but was not kept warm or replaced for a later breakfast.

Great first stay in Guilin

Beautiful setting. Comfortable, classically decorated rooms. Since it's located in the middle of a botanical garden/park, great nature walks just outside the hotel. Highly recommended if you don't mind staying far from the city center. Breakfast was OK. The one time we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, it was OK, but not great. We found much better food outside the hotel.

Havre de paix en plein coeur du jardin botanique

Localisation de rêve en plein coeur du jardin botanique et a 3 minutes de la gare en taxi c'est un havre de paix qui vous fera oublier que vous êtes en ville Direction le calme dans cet hôtel ou tout le personnel a été très gentil Seul "bémol" le restaurant un peu cher pour le dîner A recommander ++
