Replaced batteries in remote Friday night then dropped it off early Saturday explaining what was needed. They had all day to rectify, but waited until we came back late afternoon. Told they didn’t have a different remote so just deal with it. Yes, I am capable of getting out of bed to adjust volume, but not when I’m paying for it. Asked for adjustment to charge. Swimming pool closed, card enty didn't work, no refrigerator and microwave, calking looked like a two-year-old did it, tub leaked into lower floor as reported by the person staying in lower room, no phone to call to desk, no elevator, and requested adjoining rooms and did not receive.
