「Excellent customer service, very clean facility, loved the Coffee Bar open 24/7! Very comfortable lobby with the fireplace going and relaxing environment. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We have been coming to this facility for many years and will continue to come back! Excellent value! Super friendly staff!」

「Hotel staff was very pleasant. Room had a nice view of the bay but the carpeting was very stained and detracted from the overall experience. Paid a good price for the room and expected a little higher standard. It was a bit disappointing overall.」
