「The room was mostly clean, except there was food left in the microwave. It had a bit of mold on it so it must've been there for a while. I also kept finding a lot of long hairs in the bed (that I know for a fact were not mine since I have incredibly short hair). Other than that, I have no complaints. The room did its job of being a place to stay very well and the rest of it was pretty clean.」

「We booked this hotel due to the amount of space needed and we were happy with this choice. There was plenty of sleeping space for our family. We were initially given a room that was not clean, but the staff were nice enough to switch us to a room that was clean. The elevator and hallways on the floors smelled like either dirty mop water or a dirty vacuum bag (couldn’t figure it out). This is such a shame because it is a nice and fairy new hotel, but the housekeeping will be its downfall. The...
