The staff was always courteous. The heat was difficult to adjust, and we had to have maintenance come help us. Even so, we were either hot or cold. Also, there seemed to be a shortage of coffee pods.

The hotel was excellent, the bed super comfy, and everything was beyond clean. I was hoping to enjoy the pool, but it was indoor/outdoor and the weather made it too cold to get in. We did have breakfast sent up from the room- I was not a fan. The food felt rushed and it was cold by the time the food reached the room. But food aside, the staff was friendly and the hotel overall was comfortable. We will be back again!

This was the nicest room I’ve ever had concerning comfort and noise. I’m 57 years old, traveled all across the country and never had a room this nice. Clean and crisp … great water pressure, hot water resulting in relaxing shower. You are marked in my favorites for another stay.
