Room was clean, the elevator could use some attention but otherwise a clean hotel, the lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to be sure we had a room since we checked in late.

Bad staff and internet issues. Internet would not allow ma third person to get onto his computer. Only allowed 2 internet connections without paying money. We got off computer and phone to let him get on and it still didn't work. He tried to click on the premium internet package and it didn't work. I went to the front desk to ask the clerk to charge us for the internet upgrade and she said no she couldn't. I told her that this was a problem - we needed to get a job application for a summer internship sent off. She shrugged her shoulders and said in a snotty tone "I am just an hourly employee". I worked in a bank for years with tellers paid hourly - providing decent customer is a choice. Just because you are hourly does not mean you can be rude. There are proper ways to treat people. If someone is frustrated to try to make them feel better; you don't act like you could care less. No amenities at this hotel. We stayed the previous night at a competitor suites hotel and they had plates bowls etc. for about the same rate. At this hotel you had to buy the plates. If you want a hotel with amenities like a box of kleenex this is not the hotel for you.

Buyer beware - does not have 24 hour front desk. Closes at 10 or 11pm. Was not able to check in and they refused a refund

The place is short staffed. There was no one there to check in couldn’t check in until evening. We were told that’s it’s not a typical hotel for one nights. They are considered extended stay hotel. Room was clean. Bed was comfy.

Room had Asian beetles crawling on walls and ceiling. 3 or 4 rooms had them as well. Did not like the no carpet rooms. Did not like the bed set up. Other guests was very noisy.

This is the bed set up. Uncomfortable, you can hear the springs creak when you move. Not very sturdy.

The floors were a little bit dirty, the hotel itself pretty nice. The breakfast was good, but they need a gluten-free option for those people who are celiac.

Decent hotel but needs a little improvement. Nothing at all in the kitchen. Not utensils, cups, plates, dishes towels or rags. Nothing included but a fridge, sink, microwave, and stovetop. No hand towels or Kleenex in bathroom. Lastly, there was traces of hair in different areas. Not a bad hotel but needs to include the necessary items. There was also the office was closed when we got ready to check out. Never experienced a closed from desk before. First time for everything I guess.

Terribke and rude customer service. Do Not stay here with pets. I felt very unsafe staying there that I checked out a day early. They weren’t honest about the pet policy up front as I called before I booked on Expedia. I stayed Friday night and no prob then I told them I was going to meet my daughter in Memphis and would be back in a couple hours and they never said anything until I was 4( min away and they called and threatened to have my dogs sent to animal control. These are the best trained friendliest dogs. They don’t chew. Scratch or bark. They said that dogs were not allowed to be left alone at any point even to go to dinner. I had no idea and had to find a friend to pick them up emergently as I was terrified of something horrible happening to my babies. I have stayed at multiple places with them and NEVER had a problem.
