This hotel is brand new and exceptionally clean. The rooms have a small kitchen (supplies are not furnished) and it can be an "extended stay" with good weekly rates so there are many guests who live there. It's in a quiet area and the stay was great. It does not have a pool or provide breakfast.

The facility feels new and clean. The kitchen is convenient, but please note that there are no dishes, cookware, or utensils provided (though they might be available upon request?). There is no carpeting, and the walls seem thin, so the noise from other rooms is quite noticeable.

The hotel has to be brand new. It was squeaky clean and the bed was comfortable. We were there only for one night and as luck would have it they were having a problem with the hot water which meant a cool shower. Otherwise everything was great.

Our room was very clean and comfortable; however, we were lacking enough towels and washcloths for our length of stay. As the front desk has limited hours, we were not able to request additional towels and washcloths.

Would not stay here again- did not feel very safe as a solo female traveler, employee was always outside smoking in their car, window blinds were not cut to the correct window size so they did not properly block the parking lot lights, overall much better options to stay by paying just $25 more or so.

Room was clean, the elevator could use some attention but otherwise a clean hotel, the lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to be sure we had a room since we checked in late.

The staff was friendly. The elevator was quiet. The air freshener smell was obnoxious. The bathroom floor was dirty especially around the tub. One of the washcloths was visibly dirty even though it was hanging on the towel rack as a clean towel.

So, I didn't know this was an "extended stay" hotel when I booked it. So, I guess extended stay means no hand towels, no kleenex, a non-working tv, & no plastic cups in the room (which they did give me). The place is clean but very basic with bare floors and cot-like beds which were a little hard as were the pillows. So, bring your own stuff if you stay here! I won't be staying again at WoodSpring.
