「We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. 「위치가 너무 좋고 콘도형이라 식사 다 해 먹을 수 있고 바로 앞에 migros 있어서 장보기 편합니다. 숙소에서 숙박하는 날 동안 쓸수있는 대중교통 이용권을 줘서 편하게 잘 다녔습니다. 단, 수건은 리필해주지 않는다는게 단점입니다. 에어컨은 없고 선풍기가 있는데 날이 선선해서 선풍기만으로 충분했습니다. 」

「Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. 」

「Very clean and close to the train station, tram line and buses. Can reach Zurich airport in 1hr on a direct train. Supermarkets in close walking distance within a shopping centre that has a variety of clothes, shoes and groceries. A few restaurant options too. 」

「The room was ideal for my work trip, clean, tidy and with plenty of space. The only downside was it isn’t clear on the hotels.com site that you have to go to the park hotel to check in and out. This is only a short walk and I was able to figure this out ahead of time by going on the city apartments website. 」
