「Window curtains too sheer, too many bird feces on railing/stairs」

「Didn’t make it to the room… Front office clerk was sketchy not helpful very odd. However, ignored that and thought it would be ok but were directed to go to the back end of the hotel to enter closer to our room and the card entrance was completely broke hanging off of the exterior wall. The pools and entertainment areas were broken. Not a good experience. The La Quinta 2 minutes away was a great experience and better atmosphere!」

「Room was great. Didn’t need to breakfast needed to get on the road. Staff is always great. Stay there 3 to 5 nights a year minimum and has always been professional.」

「Was a great rest stop for us. It was easy to get to from the highway, checking in late at night was a breeze, room was clean, and we got a great night's sleep. The breakfast was only okay, though there were many options. We actually wished we were staying a bit longer to use the pool but unfortunately had to be on our way.」

「This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. First we arrived to no toiletries and the front desk staff told us to talk to the housekeeper in the hall, who offered us a half used bottle of shampoo another guest left! There was hair in the sheets and the shower. The shower backed up. My daughter used the bathroom and flushed and we came back to our room with the bathroom flooded! There were no pool towels. Dog bowls out in the hallway and we think there were homeless people living in the hotel....

「We only booked this hotel because it was cheap, and just needed a place to sleep for the night to break up a long drive. We were not expecting much, so it was fine for the quick stop we needed - a bit run down but appeared clean at least. Thought the pool was open until 10, but actually closed at 8 so the kids couldn't swim anyway. No breakfast, just basic coffee. 」

「We liked size of the room, the fact that it had carpet & that here was a couch for our small dog. The carpet was a plus for her if she decided to jump off the bed. We discouraged that by bringing the l hassock close to the bed. The refrigerator was a negative because it wouldn’t close tight. The bathtub was slippery」
