「Window curtains too sheer, too many bird feces on railing/stairs」

「Breakfast selection was slim to none. Property staff were great however the overall hotel was very low quality. Multiple things in the room were either already broke, or didn’t work correctly. Towels were cheap and discolored. WiFi was weak. The pool area was okay, but the arcade machines took atleast $10 of my money because they didn’t work at all. Wouldn’t recommend. 」

「Dirty towels laying in hallway. Our room was wide open when we got there. NO SOAP- went to front desk and they were out of soap. No toiletries-shampoo or conditioner or body lotion. The only linens were two bath towels-no hand or face cloths-had to ask for them. Coffee maker in room but no cups. Bed linens were minimal-white sheet on top of blanket-no spread. Breakfast was a joke. 1 mandarin orange 2 packs oatmeal White and brown bread but no butter or marg. Had a waffle maker but again no...
