「The room we stayed in was nice and clean with all the amenities. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking and the fact that the property is short walking distance from Port Burwell is a huge plus as well.」

「I used a wash cloth to wash the table legs and the vent in the bathroom there was no plug for the tub (the provided one when I asked) there was no powder creamer in the room I was unclear when the breakfast was available (earlier would be better) there was no kleenex (typically this is expected) I needed to stay late and I recognize the extra charge for not checking out by 11 (charged 25 per hour late) the service checking in was fabulous!」
