「The hotel was great for a small town.」

「Great property!! My go to place every year.」

「We enjoyed the hot tub.」

「Very helpful checkin staff and the bar/restaurant was right there. Easy in and easy out.」

「only stayed one night....but comfortable.」

「Easy to get to, lots of parking. Free coffee. Staff are very helpful. Walls seemed a bit thin, but definitely a lot of people due to the casino. Easy to get over to Galena for some sight seeing.」

「Great place very nice will stay again; poor cell signal in area.」

「Overall, we had a great stay. Beautiful home with wonderful views. The breakfast was okay.」

「What a great experience! The host is super friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. It’s so easy to walk around. Nice shops and restaurants near by 」

「This Hotel was in a central location. Brewery right across the street with grat food. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. We showed up 30 minutes after breakfast time and Terry made sure we still got fed. I noticed later in the day after we had left that I lost one of my AirPod in the bed. 「This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left.」

「Nice place to stay, room was really nice」

「I should have checked if the room was on 1st or 2nd floor. My husband is disabled and climbing the stairs was very difficult for him. The room was very nice, beautiful view, nice area. Only issue my not checking if it was 1st or 2nd floor.」

「Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had.」
