「Very clean room and comfortable bed. Quiet.」

「The property is old and dated. Ok for an overnight stop on the road but not a place to spend multiple days.」

「Ice machines broken. Coffee machines broken. Kids everywhere because of the softball tournaments. Running everywhere. Very old property with musty smells. They jacked up the prices because of the event but those of us that weren’t there for that suffered.」

「Loved the location, amenities, breakfast and impeccable staff. It does seem that the property could use some overall upgrades and though there were many amenities, some were unavailable. The kids club was closed and the waterpark didn't open until 3pm. I understand due to us being there Tuesday-Thursday, but it was kind of disappointing. We found other fun things to do in Dubuque.」

「Very nice hotel. Not great. Over priced. Breakfast was “ Ho hum” and $18 per person. I thought Holiday Inn raves about “ Free” breakfast??? Staff was excellent!! Courteous and friendly. Getting in and out of the covered parking was very tight.」

「The view of the Mississippi River from our room was amazing! The keycode room entry and the ability to skip check-in and check-out made everything quick and convenient. The room was well equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and a small dorm-style refrigerator, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a great stay!」
