「Family friendly」

「There were stains on the floor and in the sheets. Breakfast area gets too crowded for everyone to have space.」

「There was hair in the beds and the bath tub. Water all over the inside of the fridge from it sweating because it had been turned off. The sheets were very wrinkled and yellow. The pillows were tiny and smelly. The room smelled musty and really bad from the AC being turned for a long time. We ended up checking out a day early because of the poor condition of the room.」

「The room had such a strange smell. It wasn't a cleaning smell it was a very strange smell. Also the cold water didn't work in the shower. So you turned on the hot water then turned it to cold and the water would only very slightly cool. Other than that the water was to hot. You had cold water in the sink but not in the shower. The room hasn't been up graded since the late 80s or so. I wasn't impressed with this place at all and wouldn't recommend.」

「The room was clean and beds very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and provided great recommendations of restaurants and things to do. The breakfast was good with a great variety. Will consider staying here again when we visit the area.」

「Had multiple rooms and Suites for a 4 day family reunion. Wonderful Staff. Very kid friendly and affordable .All requests were quickly accommodated. Central to EVERYTHING. If you want luxury go to West Baden...if you want comfort and relaxation make your reservation at Valley Inn and Suites」

「Excellent stay. My only real complaint was the complimentary breakfast. The OJ was watered down. It didn't taste good. The eggs were flavorless and soggy. And there wasn't enough seating. There wasn't an open table to sit when I ate breakfast. But other than that the stay was very good. Clean room, nice staff, plenty of parking.」

「Overall better than my last visit to a Quality Inn, room clean, the man when I checked in wasn’t fluent in English and seemed like he was annoyed. Later when I returned from where I visited, the older Indian couple were very friendly and asked if everything was good. The pool and the outside of building was pretty run down looking, but I don’t normally use the pool anyway. Parking lot had a lot of potholes but the actual room was above what I was hoping for and ac worked bed comfortable and...

「We had no problem finding the property. It was less than a 10 minute drive into town. The house had everything needed for cooking. Toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, outdoor seating were all provided. I somehow missed when booking the house that we were bringing our small dogs and when I contacted the owner it was easily fixed. Everyone I was in contact with was pleasant to talk to. If I had anything negative it would be that the property needed some attention. We drive a truck and we had...
