「Room was very comfortable with great mountain views. Felt like a studio apartment and not a hotel room. Everyone from housekeeping manager to front desk personnel were exceptional. 「The staff was excellent!! The hotel was very nice and clean. It has a nice vibe, and the room was faultless. Seriously, (maybe TMI) it was the first hotel we’ve stayed at in the last nine months that had the toilet seat properly attached. Nothing like a wiggly seat to make you wide awake in the middle of the night trying to stay on! Thank you for not doing that Hyatt Place! 「This place is every couples dream date night! Janelle and staff at the front desk are on point. If you need anything they are there to help. The rooms are always perfect and clean. Parking is always close and convenient. The three restaurants (West+Main, Ovest Via and Doug’s Diner) are something to remember. My wife and I enjoy a date night once a month here.
