「We love the Broadmoor. This was our third time staying staying at the resort. We celebrated a wedding anniversary. We are able to get a more budget friendly stay, the grounds are still beautiful but I imagine during the spring & summer, they look amazing. 「The place is a solid choice for the area for comfort and value, but a little dated. Also, there was some highway noise from our room. Breakfast was good with facier coffee machine than we usually see. The same news station was on 24/7 in the breakfast room.」

「Nice property nice staff and a very confortable bed. for the most part a pleasant stay… As I was checking out I asked for some hot water for my tea and they wanted to charge me. Again, they wanted to charge me for hot water.! 」

「Room did not appear to be cleaned correrctly prior to checkin. We found a half cuo of coffee on the window sill. A handicap chair for showering left in our small bathroom, We placed it outside of our door and it remained there for 2 days. On 2 occations when in the lobby wanting to buy from your convience center.there was no one on duty. A sign advided be back shortly. 」

「This is a well priced hotel and provides exactly what you NEED when renting a room. It’s clean and comfortable. It’s affordable and would be located near where you need it to be if that’s where you need to be. Restaurants of many types are available in walking distance. The airport is close and access is quick. The breakfast is “continental” and adequate to get your day started I’ll have to remember this place for the future. 」

「Clean, nice, good food, GREAT FREE BREAKFAST ( the best we’ve had at this price point). Friendly staff. Always asked if we wanted our room cleaned. The only complaint is the hot tub is not hot. We were told that it’s the hottest it’s allowed to be by law but I think staff failed to find out that while they had it set to that temp it wasn’t actually heating to that temp because it was cold. Issues regarding this area have nothing to do with the hotel. Friday night we were woken up by revelers and...
