During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.」

「Mooi resort, leuke kamer met privé zwembad. Was alleen te koud om in te zwemmen maar niettemin toch grappig. Alles netjes onderhouden en leuke doorloop naar het strand. Ze zijn wat karig met koffie en thee op de kamer. Staat wel een mooi espressoapparaat maar ze vragen €2,00 per capsule, da’s wel erg duur. Gelukkig zit de Lidl vlakbij dus daar kun je voor een paar centen een hele zak kopen. 」

「Super saubere Unterkunft ! Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir hatten die Cool Living Selection (in der Suite automatisch mit enthalten) gebucht. Das Essen in den Restaurants ist absolute Spitzenklasse, das Buffet zum Frühstück und Mittag im Greco Levante ist ebenfalls absolut top! Insgesamt können wir das Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen. Das einzige Manko war, dass beim Greco Levante (ausschließlich für Cool Living Gäste) eventuell erweitert werden sollte, damit dort mehr Liegen hin können....

The first three days were perfect but then suddenly the resort started closing fascilities and restaurants one after one because the whole resort was about to shut down on 11/4. 「Heerlijk verblijf van 17 nachten gehad op dit resort. Op de dag van de aankomst, bleken wij de eerste gasten van het nieuwe seizoen te zijn en kregen daardoor een gratis upgrade naar een suite met zeezicht. Gevulde koelkast en hele nette suite. Dat was met 2 kinderen een heerlijke verassing! Schoonmaakster kwam elke dag, elke dag schone handdoeken, een net schoon bed, dát was alleen al vakantie! Smorgens en savonds aanschuiven bij een heerlijk buffet met elke dag een ander thema. Super goed...

「Das Hotel liegt ca 40 min zu Fuß von der Stadt entfernt, aber direkt über die Straße ist der sehr gepflegte Sandstrand. Das Hotel besticht durch eine sehr schöne Ausstattung, Pools und extrem freundliches Personal. Ebenfalls ist das Frühstück außergewöhnlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. 「L’hôtel en lui-même et tous les services ont été parfait. Le petit. Négatif serait un peu les alentours et après il y a possibilité de prendre les transports publics qui en a bien suffisamment ou une location de voiture ou les prix sont intéressants. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel que j’ai trouvé très intéressant avec un personnel sympathique」

「Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners.
