「The hotel staff was great, the room was clean, the TV didn't work, they only have cold water for the showers, it was a little pricey for what you get. I had been to the hot springs before the hurricane hit and there were a lot more pools. The two that they did have were hot and enjoyable although were in need of being repainted and cleaned. 「Hotel El Silencio is wonderful! I have stayed here 2x when visiting Costa Rica. The staff is so nice and accommodating. The property is so serene and the animals at their farm are so much fun to check out. I recommend getting up early to go help with the farm animals, it's a fun experience. The food was delicious.
