"Quisieron cambiarme de habitación a mitad del día, yo estaba en una conferencia. Me acosaron desde 3 números distintos de manera insistente, a pesar de mi negativa a que ingresen a la habitación. Me fui a otro hotel a pasar la 2da noche. Inviable este lugar, NO LO RECOMIENDO. Evítenlo sin dudas."

"No amenities, had to ask for toilet paper, very noisy all night from outdoor events, no closet, not enough drawers, no soap refilled ........."

"The location of the property is really high up and not easily accessible by foot unless you’re okay walking up long, steep hills. Half of the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The other half not so much. The rooms were not as clean as you’d hope staying in a hotel that looks so nice on the outside. When we used the jetted tub in our room, there were still petals and debris from the previous guests. Also, the bedding and bath towels had stains on them. "
