「We picked Amber Beach Lombok for our anniversary trip (we stayed for 3 nights last week), and the basic comforts let this stay down. Our first room had no hot water, weak air conditioning, and a generator right next to it that ran loudly all night when the power went out. We barely slept. Staff moved us the next day, and the new room had working AC and hot water, but it had a persistent unpleasant smell [musty, drains, damp], and the TV WiFi did not really work. Our massage on day two was...

「Me and my husband went here for our honeymoon and it was the best experience ever! The staff was amazing and they are really helpful and fun to be around. Keep in mind this resort is inside a nature reserve jungle so if you’re thinking about visiting the outside cities or villages you would need to arrange a shuttle with the resort or get a taxi because it is in a secluded area. Every part of this resort has amazing views and if you get lucky you might see a monkey outside your villa」

「Posto molto bello, strutture in bamboo magnifiche.

「What an incredible place. It’s not just a hotel, it’s a feeling. You feel it as soon as you arrive, the welcome is so warm each time you return. The taxi service they offer is amazing too, nothing is too much!」

「The hotel seems for a long time not fix and tidy it. Breakfast is ok. But the sofa is too queasiness that i even not want to sat there. Also, the location is too far away with kuta. I can not find out taxi or gojet. Only asking for hotel help. The hotel called a taxi, it is too expensive than blue bird or gojet. I do not have a choice to accept it. It is the place i would never recommend and visit again.」

「Rooms are clean, shower works perfectly! Not very happy with the breakfast.」

「Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there 」

「The property was in a very central position only an easy 5 minute walk to Kuta. Loved our pool. Rooms were very spacious. Staff friendly. Would highly recommended.」

「Loved staying here!」

「Great location, Great pool. Too much light coming in from other villas. All walls are windows with blockout curtains but with outside lights on tops too bright like daytime. The property needs to turn exterior lights off at 9pm. The music from the shack restaurant next door too loud, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You definitely need earplugs. But location ideal and the villas are nice.」

「Everything was beautiful! Lovely villa! Clean and beautiful architecture too!!」
