「The hotel is good place if you are looking for a place to stay before flying from Lombok, the pool is good, breakfast is good too. But the bathroom can be a bit cleaner.」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof....

「We were initially a little disappointed by the location of the hotel - which is on a main road and about ten minutes walk from the beach. There were other cheaper hotels closer to the beach which we hadn't found on the internet (but most of them didn't serve alcohol) - indeed we suspect we paid about double what we would have paid if we had booked locally for this hotel. However the hotel staff were great and we ended up having a really enjoyable few days - staff were very friendly and helpful....

「I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The walls were coming away from each other at the corners, leaving gaping holes which allowed mosquitos to enter and snack on us all night! If you are staying in room 104 check the mattress, we discovered after sleeping in the room the first evening blood stains on the bed sheets, upon inspection we noticed a rather large blood stain on the mattress. It look like leakage from a menstrual cycle, we were absolutely disgusted. After we informed...

「Lovely pool villa in Moroccan style. Attentive and friendly staff who assisted us promptly and professionally. Good choice for breakfast and went out if those way to adapt to our requests. Afternoon tea was a nice touch. Spa massage was great and in clean environment. 」

「Amazing Villa. The garden and pool are fantastic make you feel like you are in your own little world. My absolute favourite area is the outdoor sunken lounge. Perfect to relax and read a book away from the sun. Bed are comfortable and living area is very large. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It’s a little out of town so you will need to hire scooters to get around. The Villa have them available at a good price. 」
