「Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.」

「One of the best hotel in Lombok, the hotel is very clean and the staffs are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is a must try! The food always exceed my expectations, and the price is very reasonable. I came to the hotel for its beach and the facilities but I stayed for the restaurant.」

「The resort has a nice swimming pool and the room is reasonably comfortable. The bed is very comfy. However, the open bathroom design has invited mosquitoes and big gekkos in the bathroom. Almost every afternoon the village next to us would burn their garbage resulting in heavy smog. The resort has only 16 villas so the only restaurant had very limited choices of food. We had to take a 20 minutes taxi ride to Senggigi for dinner almost every evening. But the staff were very nice and...

Good food and adaptable to dietary needs etc. Scenic beach with big waves although for swimming or souvenirs it is best to go to the other nearby beach using the excellent free shuttle service. 「The experience staying at Pool Villa Club is awesome. We arrive early at noon and they let us check in right away. They decorate everywhere inside the house with fresh flowers from the garden. The lagoon swimming pool is magnificent. My family spending lots of time swimming and relaxing at the poolside. The house is extremely spacious and the sunset at the beach right next to the Villa is memorable. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Lombok next time.」

「1.第一晚上入住,就聞到每顆枕頭有濃濃臭味,跟飯店反應只到換枕頭套子,換完枕頭套依然非常臭,後面好幾天都被臭醒. 2.有浴缸但沒有熱水,只有溫水,甚至是冷水,因為沒熱水所以泡澡也很不舒服. 3.小朋友遊戲區(設備老舊),游泳池,海邊風景都還不錯,海灘垃圾很多(有看到人在清理,只是還是很多垃圾) 4.飯店只提供免費飲水2瓶300cc水瓶,桌上1000cc水都是要而外付費. 整體感覺很不好,不會再去地2次」

「Graha Beach是一家看起来有些年头的酒店了，房间的设施不算很新，整体来说算是个缺陷。 不过，Graha Beach所在的位置算是闹中取静，走路到Senggigi中心地带大概5分钟，周围很多的换汇点和预定tour的地方，很方便。」
