Magnifique villa, personnel très gentil et super réactif. Nous sommes plutôt satisfait de notre séjour. Les seuls bémols étaient une odeur d’égouts parfois forte dans les chambres et le bruit du voisinage notamment pendant les fêtes de mariage car les chambres sont mal isolées.

The hotel rooms were very gorgeous. Loved the spa-like vibe of the shower and bath. Also liked that the pool was right outside. Things to note though - parts of the hotel are still being constructed. Also, it's about a 8 min ride to Kuta Central, and you can only get local taxis to and from there.

We had a lovely stay at Batatu! We stayed in one of the villas, which was beautiful. The staff were very helpful, arranging transport to Kuta, as well as a taxi from the airport and a taxi to Bangsal Harbour.

Otroligt upplevelse. Personalen var väldigt behjälplig med att köra oss runt i taxi. Taxiresa in till Kuta kostade 55k rupier. Menyn som fanns på hotellet räckte och blev över med massvis av olika maträtter och drycker.

The accommodation and facilities, along with the very helpful staff was excellent. We stayed at the venue for 5 days in total and can honestly say we would stay there again and again. The roon with its private pool and ouside shower / bathroom was exactly as described. There was a wedding next door to the hotel which was an interesting addition, which although loud celebrations, was something we are unlikely to experience again, and we were also welocomed by the locals with open arms. The venue was around a 10 minute scooter ride from Kuta, but this was not an issue for us, and the venue had a shuttle service for guests. Food was excellent, order everything, including room service requirements via WhatsApp and it us done, easy. We were also very close to the Mandalika Race Circuit, where we managed to ride around on our scooter. We could not ask for more, the staff would help you with anything you wanted, even arranging airport transfers and onwards travel.

The staff always make you feel very welcome, and everything is extremely well organized, with easy and efficient communication via WhatsApp. The property is actually much better than it looks in the photos. The road leading there still has quite a lot of construction, but as soon as you step inside, it feels like a little paradise. It’s peaceful and quiet, with no traffic noise, and you can’t hear the mosques. The food is also amazing if you order from their menu — everything we tried was really good and it was very convenient to be able to enjoy it directly at the property. The only downside for me was the private pool. Unfortunately, the sun never reached it during my stay, so the water was very cold and I wasn’t really able to use it. The location is great: just a few minutes from Kuta, so you’re close to everything and the area is well served, while still being far enough away from the noise and busy atmosphere. Their transfer, driver and tour services are also excellent and very reasonably priced, which makes organizing everything very easy. Overall, great quality for the price and a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommended!
