「We had a very nice stay. The hotel is right on the beach and the view was great. Breakfast was easy but didnt find cold milk till we were leaving, lol. I will stay again, no problems.」

「THERE ARE ZERO BALCONY BEDROOMS. Let that be the first thing you know, none of the rooms have balconies and for the tallest hotel in Lanzarote, is very bizarre since it offers sea views. 「Abzüge aufgrund verbesserungswürdiger Sauberkeit im Spa Bereich」

「The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was basic and the views depending on the location can be nice. The food was also very basic, but had some highlights on theme nights. Overall the place is really meant for families with small children. The all-inclusive part was not worth it in my opinion, the wine was terrible, the sodas were mostly flat, and the liquor selection was not great.」

「The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained throughout my visit. Furthermore, the entire staff was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive to every request. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options.」
