「One of nicest and cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in」

「Great place to stay for a week!」

「Well-designed layout of the room, good privacy, adjustable ac/fan. Very quiet inside, despite being on busy street.」

「The toilet seat was broke, floors dirty, tile coming up from the floor, no towels or soap left in the room. The desk person was nice and did get us some towels and soap. The ad said near the lake and no where near the lake. You can’t even see the lake from there. Just a bad experience. I will not stay there again.」

「Everything was fantastic except for the trash that was left on the front porch by the previous occupant. This was in the instructions for checkout, but the staff never picked it up. I messaged them about it, it was still there two days later when we checked out, but now ours is sitting next to it. I’m not sure if there is anyone on-site over night, we never saw anyone.」

「I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. I traveled out of town (7hrs) to Killeen Tx. to attend a gender reveal and visit my son that’s in the military. I didn’t get the proper sleep do to the sound of crickets, I got settled in my room around 7pm, but around a little after 8 that’s when the nightmare begins with the sounds of crickets( insects) coming from my ac unit. I called guest service, she explained that’s she’s new working and will call me back with a solution. Calls back a few minutes later...

「Every single person at the facility were so nice!! I was surprised because I’ve been to a lot of places where people act indifferent. All the people at this location were SOOO nice they don’t even know how much I appreciated it.」

「The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude and unprofessional. My parents traveled from another state only to be told they couldn’t check in early even though they knew they could. She didn’t acknowledge we were there because she was busy on her phone. We returned at 3pm to check in and again she was rude and told us that she didn’t have a king bed available even though the property had little to no occupancy at the time.
