「The staff was very courteous and was very helpful in getting us into another room. This rating is based on the second room we were moved to because the first room A/C was not working so the room was stuffy. Our new room was spotless. Enjoyed the breakfast.We will stay there again the next time we are in the area.」

「The room was very nice, clean, and quiet. I liked the big lounge area and the tea/coffee bar. I needed to call in urgently before checkout time passed and I couldn't get back to the hotel but the phone system was down. Luckily they changed me to a late checkout once I arrived so I didn't have any issues getting my things out of the room. I also had technical issues getting the app to work but other that that and the phone system I'm very happy with my stay. 」
