Check in process was easy (make sure you follow the email sent to you) Location is perfect, 5-10min walk to queensboro Plaza station which would take you anywhere, uptown or downtown. I went solo, and I was super happy. I’ll be staying here again」

「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」
