「Staff are horrid」

「房价不贵，但房间很少，床垫太軟。洗手盘和冲凉去水很慢」

「Restaurant shut. Paint peeling in rooms. Room was fairly cold and you could hear noise from close by rooms. Some TV channels, including BBC1 and 2, pixilated so impossible to watch. No chair to sit on in the room. Staff ok but unable to offer alternative room as I was told it was full. Location fine, right in Stourbridge town centre and there were plenty of places to eat within five minutes walk of the hotel.」

「We happened to stay during a heatwave. The room had no air conditioning, only a fan. The room was spacious but really needs an update. The corners of the bed and the duvet cover were torn. The wallpaper was also peeling. The bathroom renovation was acceptable. Breakfast was in buffet style but the refills were too slow—there was nothing left to eat and all the juices ran out.」

「AVOID if your looking for a peaceful sleep u wont be getting it dogs constantly barking all through the night hard to talk to staff when none on reception will defo not be staying again actually booked in another hotel」

「Stay clear! Don’t know when the photos were taken but it’s not like that now! We arrived at house and knocked door to get access to lodge… no answer! Just a faded note we couldn’t read and guttering falling around front door. Anyway thought we would go to lodge to see if we could find anyone only to find mouldy doors, cracked dirty render, rusty cars in parking area and piles of junk outside every door to lodges! Hence we left and booked a holiday inn which was good! I’ve asked for a refund...

「Beautiful clean room , for an old building the creaky , slopping floors were as expected. Very well stocked breakfast but I wasn’t sure where we were supposed to eat it so we went back to our room so perhaps trays should be provided? My only problem was the wedding / house side , I think it confusing. Even though the staff were very friendly, I felt in the way the next day after check out as the bridal party were setting up for their wedding. Perhaps an area could be set up for non wedding...
