「The staff and service at the guesthouse was very accommodating. My room was a nice size. It was clean, but I cleaned it more to my liking. One thing that was bothersome was, the other guests weren't as courteous and therefore nights early mornings weren't so peaceful. 」

「部屋の写真が無かったので、期待していませんでしたが、とてもキレイで快適でした。スタッフの対応も良く、朝食もバリエーションがあり良かったです。ただチェックイン時支払い済みに関わらず「支払いされていない」と2回言われ「onlineの領収書を見せる」と言っても反応なく、不安になったのでこの評価です。」

「There is no “front desk” just the property manager and they do not answer any calls from you or hotels.com. I had to call them constantly for twenty minutes just to get into the house because they didn’t send any email with information on how to do that.
