"We had a wonderful stay in the seafront villa at Jaguar Reef. All of the staff we encountered were great. It was very nice that you were able to schedule your housekeeping anytime between 8am - 8pm as to not interrupt your day. Julio was great making sure we were well cared for, whether it was a room service order, or a maintenance request, he was responsive on WhatsApps within minutes. "Very friendly and helpful staff. A larger swimming pool would have been nice. The property is well maintained with room for improvements like an updated in room refrigerator. Some pieces of the furniture showed signs of wear. Room was spacious and I would stay there again."

"We loved that many of the staff members remembered our names. Henry, the awesome pool bartender along with all of the other bar tenders were amazing. Also, Minnie at, The Deck and Caroline, our cabana waitress were amazing. We also loved that the young lady that cleaned our room was so meticulous. We made our bed each morning, but we noticed she came in and remade it the correct way. The concierge team and the gentleman at the front door were all extremely professional. My husband and I agreed that Belize has been one of the BEST vacations we've ever had and it had a lot to do with the employees at Alaia. Thanks again for being so amazing. "
