「Room and facility were fine, but I had an accessible room and the shower head was low, so required to be handheld to use which was very awkward, and positioned such that water got everywhere. Very unpleasant.」

「Hotel was good but booking experience was bad this time. I searched for Hotels in Pittsburgh Downtown, Hilton Garden Inn was second in the list with price, address was downtown. When I put address, it was 30 miles north of/away from Pittsburgh, that was very frustrating, I wasted my time going there and coming back.」

「Parking was good. Check in was fast. Lobby was very clean however room could have used a little more attention. Breakfast was ok but when it came to making the instant oatmeal there was no microwave. I asked attendant and was told he could take it in the back room and microwave it or I could take it to my room and use that microwave. I ate cold cereal with warm milk. Would I stay there again? Unsure」

「The place itself wasn't terrible, but I got woke up twice with terrible strong smell of weed. It was so strong it hurt my lungs. I have no idea who was smoking, but I didn't get very much sleep the night I was there. I ended up leaving around 4am because of it. Also it would be nice to arrive to a cool room if it's over 100° outside instead of entering a sauna. Other than that the place was decent for the price. Thank you.」

「We loved that it was so quiet and peaceful. The living space in the upstairs cottage/loft. The owners were very nice and willing to help in anyway that they could. They made a great breakfast to start your day. Great place!!」
