「登記入住一定要 15:00 真的很不變通。寄住行李沒有限時間。女職員很好，另一位男職員態度不友善，不停說 No No No No. 房間舒服，潔淨 Ok.」

「nice room. good breakfast. free shuttle to/from airport and jr/keisei stations is a plus.」

「This is not my 1 first time staying in this hotel. Compared with previous experience, some areas had been improved such as the check-in/out process. Next to Newport mall. With a convenience store and fast food shop on the ground floor. However, the WiFi network (speed) and the choice of breakfast are still my concerns. Slow and less choices. Hope they can improve.」

「The check in and check out is a catastrophe, never seen so inefficient system in any hotel I have stayed at. First it was the lineup for 40 min, then when you finally reached a person at the counter it took 14-15 min procedure even the room was booked and paid in advance」
