「A good overnight stop. No frills but comfy. Room (on third floor) was very hot at night and air con not great」

「Friendly staff. Well located in a quiet mews 5 mins walk from the main squares. Room a bit old-fashioned, clean and comfortable (4 choices of pillow!), plenty of electric sockets, but disappointing absence of tea/coffee-making or even a welcoming bottle of water. No fridge or A/C; fan provided. Book ahead for car park; manoeuvring a large car tricky when full. Two 7 kW EV chargers: one Tesla only - good value if you can get an overnight charge. Nice simple breakfast.」

「First time with B&B hotels. This modern inexpensive chain of hotels works well for family holiday stopovers. All night checkin straightforward via terminal in reception . Breakfast next day reasonably priced filling and healthy. Rooms clean and cool in the summer heatwave. Nothing bad to say about our stay. Staying at another B&B the following night and will be making more bookings in future .」

「The internet did not work. We stayed on the top floor, it was not strong enough to connect. Also, a number code would be useful to get in without the key card. We inadvertently left the key in the room and had to call someone to come and let us in. Clearly our fault and they were very kind and accommodating, and literally ran over without complaint. Otherwise, great location, very comfy beds, clean spacious room and lovely host.」
