「The geographical location is very good.」

「員工非常友好」

「One of the worst hotels to stay in!!! Beg bugs almost crawl to my face!!! Multiple stains on mattress!!!! The service was not good. Very bad experience! 」

「早上和下午的免費餐點很優」

「Our first time stay and everything was excellent, including the food. Our Ambassador was very helpful and accomodating.」

「The staff serving breakfast were the best I have ever met!! Wonderful folks!!」

「Brilliant」

「After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! The second is that there is a difference between the charge and the order price. It is obviously more charged, and there is no email reply to the specific standard fee! The location is average and the charge is high, and you can only choose to pay for breakfast! The experience is very bad.」

「不满意.停车费收了我70美元」

「地點非常方便，房間裡的設備雖然有些舊，但維持得很好很乾淨，離PNC球場走路可到，值得推薦」

「早餐好吃」

「Very good 」

「Very dirty hotel. Staff didn’t speak English. Rooms were filthy. Restrooms never cleaned. There was filth all throughout the sinks , toilets had pee and poop all over them. Toilet paper thrown everywhere on floor. Don’t even stay at hotel handed keys back after we checked in. Was told that I had to call to get a refund. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone」

「Place is great. Shower water pressure not so much.」

「I e never stayed at a Drury Inn before. I hope all of them are as nice as this one. We've traveled a lot in our years and this is definitely the nicest place (other than Disney properties) we've ever stayed in. It's close to PIT and great restaurants in the area.」
