"Nice rooms and mini kitchen. Very clean and spacious. I do wish it had a lobby bar but there were drinks available for purchase. Nice fire pit sitting area."

"We found ourselves in need of a room at the last minute and booked the same day we arrived. They charged us $499 for a small queen size room. There were no towels, no amenities of any kind (shampoo, soap, body wash). There was neither a microwave nor a coffee maker. No cups of any kind to use while brushing teeth. We went downstairs to the coffee station and they had no cups either. I guess you were supposed to pour the coffee into your hand. The elevator was dirty and smelly and the carpet in the hallway was filthy. There was no chair at the desk, and I called down and asked for one. The faucet in the bathroom had something black caked around it. I hope it wasn't mold. The bedspread and the lampshade had the same brown stain on it- I hope it wasn't blood. The HVAC was abysmal. The room was uncomfortably hot. Turning on the AC was like having someone blow on you. It took over an hour for it to get remotely cool. The spread was so thin it was like having 2 sheets on the bed. Pieces of the light fixture in the bathroom were stashed under the sink. When we had towels brought up, there were no washcloths and the towels were so thin you had to use 2 to get dry, but we only had 2 for the 2 of is. There was no bathmat so to avoid slipping when we got out of the shower we used one of the precious towels. The driveway out to McKnight Rd had n 18" pothole complete with a dead, dessicated animal. I was charged Mariott prices for a Motel 6 experience."

"The AC in room 254 did not they gave us a fan. The TV remote did not work, when my husband brought to the lady at the desks attention she just found some sitting around already open and handed them to us. She was rude. The hotel was very hot. Room was clean, thanks to the cleaning people."

"Check in went very smoothly and our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, nice fluffy white towels and an easy walk-in shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was available however we had to ask for some body lotion, and they did not provide a shower cap. Kitchenette was clean and equipped with all the essentials for quick lunch etc. Complimentary Breakfast was adequate however the area to eat was very small and tables were not cleaned between guests using them. Tables were sticky and dirty. A definite turn off."

"I was suprised that they have thier smoking area right outside the door where two guys were drinking beer and smoking cigars, so that was the first impression. The room was nice but it was late when we got back from dinner and went to bed. The next morning I saw how filthy the comforter was with blood stains and obvious yellowing and dirt at the top. They did come and change it when I said something on our way out for the day. When we returned it had been changed but I noticed a faint urine smell near the door and when I said something the next day on our way out I was disappointed to return to the same smell. Nothing had even been sprayed and there was no communication about it. My mother did not want to make a fuss so I let it go :(. When I realized we had very little toilet paper I called down and was told to come get it. I spent 4 nights there. I was disappointed but the breakfast was nice."
