「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」

「From the entry to The Crawford from the Denver Union Station lobby to the room itself, everything had a special touch! On check-in, the young man who checked us in was friendly and professional. He even offered us a glass of wine, from several choices. The elevator is activated by the room key, so we felt extremely safe.
