「Toilet was not even attached to the floor and the shower was so gross that we didn’t use it」

「Loved the staff, pool was nice, location was great for waterfalls. Hotel was really cute. N as a smoker, a smoking room, and a deck I could sit and smoke on by my room was priceless. I will be back!」

「Staff was very rude! Booked on line for 2 adults, just so happens that it took staff 15 minutes to "find" my reservation and somehow on the managers phone it showed only 1 adult. Had to pay an additional $11.00. Manager complained to us that he makes no money when rooms are booked through Expedia! Not the customers problem. Room was dark and dingy. There was not enough towels in the room. Roll of toilet paper was almost empty, no Kleenex. Would never stay again or recommend this hotel to...

「The front desk person was very nice. The room in the hotel seemed to be clean. However, the room had a very strong smell when you walked in and it smelt like urine. I don’t know where the smell was coming from but it was strong. It’s a decent hotel. It’s just older and you can see they keep it clean, but there are no modern amenities.」

「This was a newly renovated property. Located within 5 miles of Old Stone State Park which was our hiking destination. Front desk staff was very friendly offering us drinks as soon as we entered. Showed us where our room was & exactly how to use room key. Breakfast was made to order & included in room price.」

「Omgoodness this place is absolutely amazing!!! We went for a spiritual journey and it was perfect!! The lake & water fall creek with seats sitting in the water was perfect for my reading and meditating. It is absolutely beautiful!!! They had a concert Saturday night, we didn't go to the actual concert but was right beside it and they were fabulous!! Great place to stay! We will definitely return. Thank you so much for everything!」

「The rooms were very clean the water pressure and the hot water in the shower was wonderful The facility itself was very clean and neat The room was well maintained all things functioned well microwave refrigerator only thing that was odd to me was there was not a coffee maker so we had to go out for coffee each morning.. but I enjoyed my stay and if we go back we will go there again. Thank you」

「Room had stuffy, mildew odor. Went to store and bought air fresheners. Sticky residue on dresser top. Bathroom tub drained slowly when taking shower. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just okay. nothing noteworthy. Juice machine was out of order. Only stayed one night so tolerated inconveniences.」

「This place needs a complete overhaul. Worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. I had to keep my shoes on in the room because our socks were black for how dirty it was. The bathroom was falling apart. The drain in the sink was clogged. The shower was decrepit. There was a 2inch gap from the floor to where our exterior door started, we had to stuff a towel under it so nothing would come inside the room. Just absolutely terrible.
