"Love love love! The property felt super luxurious unlike other places we have stayed inside national parks. There are multiple dining options for food on site (be sure to check the operating hours), shops, and we found it a convenient central location within the park. We got upgraded to a cottage by the concierge which was so kind and much appreciated after an unexpectedly long travel day in. Next time we visit I would select it again because the experience was great! Pool was nice, but more crowded than we expected at night. The DJ at the pool was a fun end of the day. Milkshakes at the ice cream parlor were fantastic as was the burger and chicken tenders - beyond what we hoped! Breakfast buffet was decent as well, and the general store was well stocked. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were there when temps hit 125+ degrees and I fully expected it to be miserable and poorly planned, but even my 13 year old was so charmed she barely complained about being hot (except when it was convenient, because milkshakes were nearby!)."
