I typically LOVE Virgin hotels. This is my first time staying at the Vegas location. It is huge with a lot to do inside the hotel. The room was clean. However the smell of sewer in our room the ENTIRE stay(17th floor)is why I will not return to the Vegas location. If it were not for that smell I would have no complaints. We reported it twice and nothing was done. We didn’t make a big deal about it but it definitely ruined the comfort part of it for us.
