8.8/10 Excellent! (14,880 reviews)
Room wasn’t cleaned as expected stains on sheets, the mini fridge didn’t work. I had partially paid for my room and somehow needed up with a double deposit hold. When addressing my concerns I was ignored and given an email address to contact but they were closed as it was the weekend. I’ll never stay here again there was no professionalism, and housekeeping failed to do their jobs

my experience with the staff at the flamingo was absolute incredible! when i attempted to check in early at the kiosk screen, it didn’t work but had already charged me for fee i still needed to pay the rest of what i owed but then read that our room wasn’t ready yet. when i went to the front desk to see what was up and if the problem could be solved. The employee who helped me out was very sweet and understanding to my predicament. she not only fixed the problem, she also upgraded our room to one with a view and gave us some extra goodies to apologize for the inconvenience. this was my first time booking my own hotel room during a trip to vegas and i am throughly impressed with how professionally everything was handled. definitely will be staying at the Flamingo again!
