"The staff is friendly, very helpful and kind. The rooms could use a deep cleaning with the carpet. Theirs no exhaust fan. The breakfast is unfortunately not the best but overall wouldn’t mind booking here again if i needed a last minute stay"

"My room was on the 27th floor and I had an amazing view of the ocean and down the rest of the beach. Kelly was awesome at check in! She had a warm welcoming smile a she was very helpful. Emily was my bartender and she was so nice and friendly. I loved my stay and will definitely return in the future."

"Everything was great the only thing was that I wished they had more of a coffee selection or breakfast bar it looked like they were renovating it into such, will have to check back. Room was gorgeous, staff was helpful and friendly, pool was heated, hot tub needs a resurface was definitely dated but all in all a great stay with one of a kind views."

"Blood stained towel. Constant Marijuana smell in balcony, elevator, halls. Dirty elevators. Runner down. Not worth the price. Not worth the 8+ star reviews. Stay away if you value safety and clean."

"Lobby and kitchen were excellent. Front desk was very helpful. Kitchen staff were attentive in making sure food/coffee was available and keeping tables clean. I did have a problem with our room. Bed sheets smelled liked they were not cleaned. "

"Elevator wasn’t working. Paid for parking and was not able to park because it was full. Missed gatherings because we had to circle to park. We literally had to go miles away to wait for a parking spot.That cost us undue time. I was there for the funeral of my father and the things we had planned was delayed because of unexpected delays. My TV was not working. It was fixed the last day I was there. It was one of the worst stays. If they knew the elevator was out of order they should have limited the amount of people who could check in. The delays at the elevator were awful. The rug outside my door is an accident waiting to happen because there was a lump in the carpet. I had to make sure I didn’t trip. There are many places in the hotel with lumps in the carpet."
