"This hotel is showing its age. Clean but not modern. The breakfasts was hit and miss on whether there was enough of food items and silverware to serve the number of people staying there. The laundry facilities was once again old appliances and some were out of service. The pool was nice. Again older loungers and cheap chairs and tables. No view of ocean. It’s within walking distance to beach but you need to cross an extremely road to walk to restaurants and shops. Pizza Hut would not deliver to this hotel and wouldn’t state why. Would I stay there again? Nope not going to happen. "

"Do not stay here. The photos and description of the facility is very misleading. The big building they show in the photos that they claim is the front of the property, for one is not the front of the property, it’s the back, it’s also not the building you are staying in if you do not have an ocean front or pool view room. The other rooms are in a run down motel that lines the side of the property. The safety and exclusiveness of the building is a concern to begin with bc the lot is also used for the public beach, so those not staying at the “resort” can access all of the property and amenities without a key or badge to get in. The room was dirty, it had trash and half drank water bottles from the previous guests, the shower was dirty, there was no hand soap, and the air conditioner didn’t work. The property smelled of weed as workers were smoking it from a golf cart parked near the beach access entry point. Cigarette butts littered the property. Overall cleanliness in the rooms and property as a whole was disappointing, was nothing as depicted in the images. And forget about going to bed before midnight/1am- the restaurant next door the crab trap and soemthing tacos, every night we stayed there was a group of cars and people who would come hangout and race their vehicles in that large lot, do donuts and squeal tires, and rev their engines so loud to the point of their cars backfiring and it sounding like loud gunshots for hours on end. "

"Beautiful ocean view. Easy access to the beach. There was loud music playing at the pool throughout the day, which made it difficult to take a nap. However, the view was worth it. And it was very quiet and peaceful at night. "

"The staff was incredibly nice. I always saw someone cleaning. This hotel could desperately use some updating. If it wasn't for the staff, I would've rated it lower."

"Would NOT stay here again. Spend the extra $100 or whatever it is & get a better hotel! Cons: 1.) I went to shower and there was a dirty wash clothe left in the shower 2.) my towel had 2 dirty hairs on it 3.) I ask the front desk for a plastic fork & they said “we have them for sale right behind you”… I have to pay $3 for a plastic fork? So I walked across the street and got one for free lol. 4.) I asked for clean towels and the front desk said “I don’t have access to the laundry room” so they gave us tiny pool towels which at least it was something. 5.) the walls are paper thin so can hear everything in the hallway & in the rooms next to you Pros: 1.) location (about a 7 minute walk to the beach) 2.) bed was comfortable & AC worked good 3.) parking lot was lit up good at night "

"We were checking in around 3:45, and Janelle greeted us. She asked for my name, looked up our info, then said there were three people ahead of us. The lobby was empty? She then said we could go to the pool or a restaurant, and they would call us when they were ready. So strange! We just went out to our car to get our luggage and were going to wait in the lobby. Janelle talked to some other clerks then left. Another clerk was at the desk and proceeded to check in three groups while we watched. I got up and asked if they were ready to check us in. She looked confused by my question and started checking us in. I asked her what the hold up was and explained why we were sitting there. She had no idea. She apologized for not asking to help us. She looked like she had no idea what was going on and didn’t seem like she knew anything about this scenario. It’s our first day here. We were hoping to check in, change clothes quickly, and go relax at the beach. Instead, we were hanging in the lobby for no apparent reason. And I guess we’d still be sitting there if I hadn’t stepped up because Janelle never called. Was her shift over? Was she profiling us? Is she just lazy or rude? I don’t know, but sure started our vacation off wrong by wasting our precious beach time."
