「The hotel is located just out the Railway Station Door. We were able to drop our bags, as we arrived earlier in the day. Convenient to see the Cathedral & Castle. Staff was very helpful, I take a medicine that must be refrigerated and they stored it for me. The real problem is the There is no A/C. Our room had the full afternoon sun and was over 80 degrees. They did provide a fan, but it was a sauna. We did go down to the lounge which was comfortable. This hotel did have an elevator, big plus...

「The hotel staff were very welcoming. The room was lovely and clean and there was a choice of teas, coffee and hot chocolate with biscuits in the room too. The breakfast at this hotel was fantastic and the choice is amazing.」
