"My wife & I stayed here with our son as part of his birthday trip to the Toronto Zoo. When we arrived a the hotel, we were unaware that the property did not accept debit cards at the front desk for check-in, you must have a credit card with chip at time of check-in, which we did not have. For a brief moment, we thought we'd have to drive back home roughly 3 hours after a long day, but the hotel manager Mohammed (Hopefully I spelled that correct, I apologize if I did not!) overheard our situation and offered to work with us and offered to make things right! Overall, great experience at the hotel. Room was very clean, beds were very comfy, my son enjoyed the couch in our "New Home" as he kept telling us. Pool was nice and clean, breakfast in the morning was a big hit. We don't travel up this way often, but will definitely keep Mohammed and his team in mind if we need to stay in the area again! Thank you again to you sir for talking with us and offering a solution!"

"Was not able to stay in the room i reserved. Was provided a small discount for my inconvenience. But the room no longer met the needs of my family. The room was in poor repair. Pull out, mattress was very old and had a poor quality mattress. Furniture was damaged. Hotel staff was not able to bring additional towels to my room. I had to retrieve them on my own. Hot water did not last and long enough for a shower. Would not recommend or ever bring my family back."
