「The air conditioning noise was extremely loud, almost like aircraft noise, making it hard to sleep. The provided dental kit was also very low quality, and the toothbrush caused gum bleeding. Overall, below expectations for a Westin.」

「the service is quite good.」

「They don’t honor reservations. I arrived with my reservation which I had already paid for but at the front desk, they told me it didn’t exist. They forced me to pay again, and the amount was nearly double. I just hope Expedia refunds what I paid them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE; LOOK ELSEWHERE. I will never return.」

「Friendly and helpful staff.Room was spacious and clean.」

「I stayed here for five nights, and unfortunately, my room was not cleaned even once. Housekeeping only knocked on my door on the second day, but I asked them to come back later. When I returned to the hotel that evening, my room still had not been cleaned. In addition, the soundproofing is very poor. I could clearly hear people talking in the next room, and they were quite loud, which made it difficult to rest.」
