The parking is safe and only guest can access hotel parking and guest areas. The staff is very accommodating and the room is clean and modern. The area around the hotel is run down and has a lot of transient foot traffic. I am happy the hotel is very secure and nice.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was incredibly clean and seemed newly renovated. Breakfast had multiple options and parking was convenient and easy as well, with the garage attached to the hotel.

I had a great experience at this hotel while dropping my daughter off at San Jose State. Hugo checked me in and was very polite and professional, which made the process smooth and welcoming. The hotel has everything you need convenient parking, a nice rooftop area, and a solid breakfast to start the day. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’ll definitely be back!

Is a nice hotel. I recommend people go here if the location is near where you want to visit. The staff is nice and helpful, and my only real complaint was a lack of a pool when visiting.
