Upon arriving at the hotel, they opened the door and assisted us with the check-in process. They offered us water and explained that they had everything we needed. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service I received.

Really lovely hotel, exceeded expectations. Some reviewers say the room and bathroom are small, but i’m more focused on cleanliness and furnishings not being outdated. My kiddo now attends SJSU (walkable) and this location was great. I will happily book here again in the future. Gym was also nice. Complimentary kurig coffee in the main lobby.
