"The first room was on 3rd floor. there was a smell on the floor, Ended up changing the room 3 days in. The new room was an upgrade to a suite, on the 4th floor. The new room was updated and nicer. The corner units are nearest to the highways"

"Big issue: Cold water in the shower. They gotta fix that. Water was NOT even warm after five minutes running. Finally got fairly warm after ten minutes. Never hot. Very meager food for their breakfast buffet. Very meager with pillows and towels. Room itself was good: good micro, frig, bed, really big shower. EXCEPT the toilet was not flushing properly. Kind of a biggie there. Very nice staff. Everything was clean. Room was not noisy with windows closed and fan running. You are right in downtown by the airport, so don’t expect COUNTRYSIDE QUIET. "

The reason I could not rate a 5 star review was because of how difficult it was to find the actual parking garage/parking lot for this facility. The bed and the pillows in the rooms were horrible. My sleep there was not very restful because of how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were"
