"Very responsive and helpful front desk. The exterior of the motel is a little dated, but the interior seems freshly renovated and very clean, room has a nice clean laundry smell when we entered, and it seemed to be generally quiet. A lot of great restaurants were walking distance including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. A few bodegas were just down the street as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! "

"This is a gem of a hotel in downtown San Jose. Staff are wonderful and will go above & beyond to help you. I had a medical emergency while I was there & they were most helpful. Rooms are refurbished and are comfortable."
"Everything was nice. I didn't like the bathroom light, it was one of those motion sensor ones. It kept turning off after like 30 seconds so my showers were mainly with the light off. "
