The hotel was in a good area, but needed some work. The bathroom light didn’t work, the AC was noisy as hell and the floor creaked from the guest room above us. The staff was friendly though and the property was clean.

Looked a little rough at first but ended up being a nice experience. There are a few good restaurants just around the corner and a couple coffee shops. Also convenient for the SAP center and the convention center, a 10 min. Walk to SAP and 20 to the Convention Center.

I love that this property is short walking distance (1/2 mile) from Amtrak and if you need to rent a car that Hertz is across the street. Five Guys restaurant is down the road and San Jose International airport is 10 minutes away by car. Property is basic no frills but I was able to access my room right away. I did not have to wait after traveling all night.

The staff was kind and understanding. Check-in was fine, then I got to my room. Approx. 1 dozen children playing in parking area near my car. There were social service offices occupying 2 or 3 rooms. Belligerent youth smoking marijuana directly in front of my 2nd floor unit. I felt unsafe. This is not a property to reserve for your guests without proper warning. They need to make up their minds whether this is a motor inn or housing for the downtrodden. The price was comparable to other properties, and more than airport units. I chose the property because I was traveling with pets and wanted a motel style rental with close proximately to my brand new car.

The staff at front desk was great.The housekeeper did not clean the room every day. When she did clean it we had the same bed sheets there was lots of hair in the bed on our first day upon arrival. The rooms are ok not the best. But they will do when everything else is booked during superbowl week. Would not stay here or wouldn't recommend it.
