「Yes, it’s a budget hotel. That being said, spend the extra money to stay elsewhere. The room was just gross and neglected. The comforters were filthy and covered with stains- just clearly haven’t been washed in ages. Towels had been washed but were heavily stained; the shower barely got warm; the toilet wobbled; the upstairs hallway was super dark… If it were just one of these things I’d be able to look past it. 「I will never stay here again. We initially mistook the front desk staff for a homeless person lounging on the lobby couch; he then came around the counter to assist us, only to let out a massive, nauseating belch while checking us in. ​The building is in terrible condition. While it looks like they are preparing for renovations, the state of the rooms is unacceptable. We dealt with stained carpets, walls, and furniture, a broken desk chair, and worst of all, a blood stain on our bed covers. The...

「The room was a bit damaged, but it was definitely pretty cleanly.The breakfast was honestly terrific. Yummy waffles, fresh coffee, and juice, as well as a cereal bar with whole and 2% milk. 」

「Despite the recent upgrade the bed and pillows were hard. The air conditioner quit in the middle of the night. There was no hot water for showers. 」

「Door lock wouldn't work; shower didn't work; whole place felt run down. When I raised the shower issue at the front desk, was told there's a special way to turn the shower on - I said that info should be in the room, and received a blank stare. Never stay here again.」

「I love this place! It’s so cozy and cute. Staff is nice. Check in was easy. Adorable little cabing style. Place is clean and decorated super cute. Nice view of the river. We stay in Delta several times a year and this is my new go to place to stay. It’s the cutest place in all of Delta. 」
