「We only seen the front desk person. Feel the reviews were a little deceptive. Felt our room wasn’t that clean. But the lady working the desk was very friendly」

「The hotel was cleaning quiet. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful upon check in. It was very convenient to everything at well.When they cleaned the room they didn't make the bed. Never had that happen before. Other than that I would stay here again」

「Nice place to stay, no real big issues, water pressure for the shower and the sink were very good. Breakfast was really good every morning. Check in was okay, personal helping us was a little rude, but in the end he was helpful. Property is nice, rooms were quiet and the black out shades do a great job. Hotel was in a great location not too far from 2 freeways. A lot of things to do within a half mile radius I would recommend this place and would stay here again」

「The front desk receptionist was nothing less than rude during the check in. The lighting throughout is dark and needs upgrading. Honestly, the whole things needs to be upgraded at this point and it needs an ultra cleaning. The room floor clearly hasn’t been mopped or cleaned in a while. There were visible spills throughout the room. There was also a hand towel with makeup still on it.」

「Check-In was quick and easy. The hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay. We consistently had problems with the key cards and being able to enter the door and gain access to our room. The shower was completely out of shampoo, which I requested from the front desk staff along with extra towels. Neither of those were ever received, and they were asked twice. In a pinch, I might stay again, but I would likely look for other accommodations first.」
