「Well maintained, rooms very clean and appropriately updated. For a basic travel motel, everything was very nice. Rooms were basic, but well maintained. Not only very clean, but also updated in maintenance so it felt good (like newer carpet, and tiled clean shower surround). I would stay again without hesitation. 」

「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. Mgt makes it clear that they truly respect your privacy and will only enter room upon request. Second time we have stayed here and it was even more pleasant than last time.
