The advertised pool and wifi never worked during our stay. Our water did not work in our room for over 24 hours and the toilet never had water to be able to be flushed. We were charged more than the rate we booked through Orbitz

The staff was very nice but don’t expect it to be more than a place to lay your head. They do have a pool in the Courtyard but it’s just old and things don’t worn well. You def get what you pay for.

Deja mucho que desear en cuanto a la limpieza general de Hotel, es un hotel viejo y sin mantenimiento, puertas rotas que se azotan con el aire, mala distribución del aire acondicionado, algunos de los colchones son por demás muy viejos y se hunden, las almohadas ni que decir, la ropa de cama es muy vieja, así como las toallas, en general sirve para pasar una noche de emergencia, si es que no requieren de comodidad y se busca sólo precio. el personal es amable, pero carece de supervisión en cuanto a la limpieza, pasan años sin que le pasen un trapeador por debajo de las camas.

Nice and affordable with great service at Oyo.

For the price it's great! The staff is very helpful. They are doing remodeling so it might not look the best, but still a great place to stay for family, gouples or solo.

***WARNING*** Stay away from this place, they do not garantee your room. We were stranded without a room with 2 little ones with everything sold out due to Ironman Cozumel. They didn't even offer to help us find a room. Terrible place!

La ubicacion es muy buena Deben mejorar la limpieza del baño habia humedad, cabellos en piso y base de lavabo. La regadera esta muy vieja y rota pierde agua por todos lados.

Dirty, not like pictures

Hotel was dirty , The room Was full of mold on the walls and on the pillows, No ac remote , they control the temperature I requested a remote was never given to me, Pool was extremely dirty ,could not use it they cleaned it the day I was leaving , half of the time they came in to clean never gave me clean towels till my last day also , sheets were dirty I had a bad experience, this might be good to stay one night , and was very cheap of course.

Local bom para dormir

O quarto tem uma varanda e da para ver o mar. As camas tem lençóis limpos e são confortáveis mas no banheiro havia só toalha de banho - muito usadas e com manchas - nenhuma de rosto e nem piso, o que poderia evitar que o chão ficasse molhado e escorregadio. Não dei sorte com meus vizinhos de quarto que falaram alto e discutiram até 2 h da manhã, algo que poderia ter sido evitado por algum funcionário do hotel. Ar condicionado excelente, mas a TV não ligava. Há uma piscina no pátio interno.
