Rooms were clean. Bathroom although clean had a bad smell. Good location in a residential area but within easy walking distance of San Miguel Fairly well equipped kitchen, however cupboard space was lacking.

Place was dirty, full of mold, no running water I end up moving to another place, no one on site to talk to. No response over the phone, they also charge me $180.00 us, besides of what you have had charge, I would like my money back!!!!

Unfortunately, our apartment had a leak. After having communicated the issue to the host, we only got some new towels and it was cleaned again but still with the leak where water came out frequently while using the shower or the toilet.

You get what you pay for and more!

I was happily surprised when I entered this apt! Nice and cozy. Renewed in the inside. With a small table, silverware, kitchen sink, camping stove and minifridge. The AC was nice and powerful, flatscreen tv. Internet was great and powerful. I worked remotely a couple of days and it worked wonders! Only 4-5 blocks from the main road by the beach, and 10 min walk to the closest pier to be picked up to go diving. Super close to all the fun! And the owner’s response is quick and very friendly. I will definitely book here again!
